UNIPORT Cutoff Mark 20222023 For All Departmental – This is to inform the general public that the prominent University of Port Harcourt (also known as UNIPORT) has officially released its departmental cut-off mark for the 2022/2023 academic year.

The public was notified via the university’s official website (www.uniport.edu.ng). As a result of the notification, candidates who submitted for admission to UNIPORT should review the university’s departmental cutoff marks, which are shown below.

For those who are unfamiliar with the UNIPORT departmental cut-off mark, it is the minimum score required for admission into the University of Port Harcourt.

UNIPORT ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR 2022/2023 ACADEMIC SESSION

While it is critical that you achieve the course’s cutoff point, it is crucial to note that UNIPORT does not just examine cutoff marks when making admission decisions. Candidates must also meet the following criteria:

  • Candidates must have at least 5 credits (English and Mathematics inclusive) in their O’level result. Your O’level result can be your WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB result/certificate.
  • Candidates must also make the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) their first choice of the institution when applying for admission.
  • If post UTME screening is to hold, UTME candidates who wish to gain admission into UNIPORT must take part in the examination.
  • To gain admission into UNIPORT, candidates must have attained the age of 16. If you are not up to 16 years yet, you will not be offered admission to the university.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to gain admission with an O’level result of more than two sittings
